Premier Manhattan based luxury Real Estate firm is seeking a Listings Clerk/Office Support. This dynamic mid-sized firm with approximately 250 agents seeks a candidate with experience in the real estate industry and MUST be familiar with listings, real estate websites, etc. The main responsibilities and functions of the Listings Clerk/Office Support are to enter new listings and updates/requests from brokers into the listings system. Maintain exclusive agreements, offering plans, floorplans etc. Send out listings notifications companywide. Follow up with brokers on exclusives. Provide computer support to brokers. Assist with keeping offices neat and organized. Provide front desk support when needed.
Candidate MUST have:
